Teriyaki Salmon Bowl ($17.89)
The bowl came in a large portion with kale, soba noodles, topped with an assortment of vegetables, cooked salmon and a teriyaki dressing. The salmon was soft and well-cooked, but the sauce was a bit overwhelming. The vegetables were perfectly balanced with each other as they included avocado, carrots, scallions, and cabbage. We enjoyed the contrasting textures of the smooth avocado and crunchy puffed rice noodles. There were also bits of mango, which provided a better match of sweetness to the teriyaki sauce.
