On September 12, 2025, Cherry Hill High School East Cougars competed against Triton Regional High School Mustangs in a tight match of 28-14. During the first quarter, the Cougars were up 7-0 with a touchdown from Ryan Moyer (‘26). During the second quarter the Mustangs made a comeback with a touchdown from Jaylen Morris (‘27) in the last 13 seconds before the half. There were no points scored in the third quarter. In the last quarter, the Cougars scored another touchdown by Trevor Levin (‘27), making the score 14-7. However, in a one-time pass, the Mustangs made a 90-yard run and scored another touchdown, tying up the game. Josh Greenberg (‘27) made up for it with a touchdown, putting them in the lead with a score of 21-14. The Cougars scored another touchdown by Moyer, making the final score 28-14. Overall, the game ended in a victory for the East Cougars, making them 3-0 for the season.
