East defeated Cherokee 46-30 on Friday to advance to the finals of Sectional Championship.

In one of the most anticipated sports games of this school year, the Cherry Hill East boys basketball team takes on Lenape in the South Jersey Group 4 Championship. Lenape (26-3) is the only team East (28-1) has not yet beaten this season. With a 25-win streak, the Cougars go into the game following a victory against Cherokee last Friday. They look to win their first sectional championship since 2015.
