Katarina is a coloratura soprano/belter, a tapping jazzerina ballerina and an actress comfortable playing both comedy and drama. She began dancing at the age of 2, voice training at the age of 7, and acting training at the age of 12. She persistently work on her craft participating in weekly acting classes and attending seminars regarding the industry. Vocally she has and continue to train with professors from both Juilliard and Manhattan School of Music. In dance, she has been trained by teachers and alumni of the School of American Ballet, and continues to train and work with New York City Ballet dancers, choreographers, and alumni. In addition, she has also trained with top Vaganova school graduates and worked with dancers of the Mariinsky Ballet and can perform equally with ease both in ballet slippers or en pointe (her specialty).
