The Cherry Hill East boys basketball team opened its season with a dominant 78–25 win over Kings Christian on Monday, Dec. 15. Chris Abreu (27) led all scorers with 25 points, while Jamison Young (28) added 17. The Cougars controlled the game from start to finish, showing little resistance on either end of the floor. Cherry Hill East will travel to Rancocas Valley on Thursday to take on the Red Devils. With the season opener in the books, the future looks bright for the Cougars.
