Every year Eagles fans feel optimistic about the upcoming year no matter how the previous season went. This is because Eagles fans focus on the positive aspects to look forward to. This year the top five stories leading into the Eagles 2010 season are mostly about the numerous changes the organization is going through. Eagles player LeSean McCoy is now taking on full responsibility as a running back, since Brian Westbrook no longer is listed on the team roster. McCoy had four touchdowns last year, and ran for 637 yards. Eagles’ QB Kevin Kolb replaced former QB Donovan McNabb. McNabb has started for the Eagles since 1999; this is the first time Kolb will have a starting spot. Stewart Bradley, Eagles LB will return to the lineup after a torn ACL that sidelined him last season. Brent Celek, Eagles TE will emerge as one of the top tier TEs in the league this year because of last year’s statistics. Celek scored eight total touchdowns last year and had 971 total yards. The Eagles also drafted some impact rookies including DE Brandon Graham, 1st Round (13th Overall) and FS Nate Allen 2nd Round (37th Overall). Even though the lineup will be different from previous years, the Eagles still look promising.
