Cherry Hill High School East seniors have participated in the senior trip to Walt Disney World for years. The Senior Class Trip consists of five days and four nights at the huge theme park and resort of Disney World in Orlando, Florida. In Florida, seniors are able to explore Disney World as well as Universal Studios in Orlando. Sounds fun, doesn’t it?

But as fun as the trip is, the cost is incredibly expensive. To experience East’s senior class trip, you have to ultimately pay around $1,870 to $1,900. This cost includes admission to all theme parks, hotels, food vouchers, travel and transportation. 

Although the trip is undeniably expensive, the price of the trip is reasonable upon consideration of the experience you are paying for. Taking a five day and four night trip with your entire high school graduating class is a once in a lifetime opportunity, filled with fun and unforgettable nights. With most seniors going to college, this trip is an opportunity for seniors to say some of their last goodbyes. 

Furthermore, your total payment can be divided up into many smaller payments. If you start your payments in your freshman year, you can pay $300 in the spring of 9th grade, $300 in the fall and spring of 10th grade, and $300 in the fall of 11th grade. Then, you only have to pay $700 in your senior year. This helps parents and guardians because they don’t have to pay $1,900 all at once, and they can spread out their spending.  

The school provides videos to help parents and  guardians pay. This can be helpful to parents because they won’t have to spend hours trying to figure out how to pay the school. Knowing how to pay for your child and planning ahead reduces the stress for parents. In the end, this Senior Class Trip is worth all of the expenses. Going to Disney with your graduating class is a lot of fun and has been for every graduating class that has experienced this trip. Even though the cost is expensive and can be difficult, there are ways to make it easier and to space out the payments. The senior trip to Disney is an experience no senior will ever forget and can cherish forever.
