The Art Club had a bake sale after school today to raise funds. Club members baked assorted cookies, brownies and cupcakes and sold them for 50 cents each.

President Michelle Griffin (’09) said the proceeds are for a charitable cause. “Towards the end of the year, we’re doing community service at M’Kor stock,” she said, adding that the money will help achieve this goal. Those at M’Kor are interested in tie-dying, which the Club did recently.

Generous students and teachers bought or donated over 60 dollars worth of baked goods for the cause.
