The illuminated Conservatory of Longwood Gardens shines bright during the night.

Every winter, Longwood Gardens hosts a holiday-themed light display in Philadelphia in honor of the upcoming winter holidays. This year, the lights will be displayed from November 22 to January 5.

During this time of the year, many people look forward to the holidays and spending quality time with their friends and family. The light display in Longwood Gardens is the perfect activity for a family visiting Philadelphia.

Each year, Longwood Gardens has over 500,000 glimmering lights on display. These lights cover everything from trees to bushes to flowers. The four-acre Conservatory of Longwood Gardens is transformed into a winter wonderland filled with holiday music, color translucent waterworks and warm firepits like those showed at this fire pit landscaping catalog.

Carolers throughout the gardens welcome the holiday spirit by singing along to winter-themed phrases in the decked-out 50-Christmas-tree extravaganza. Fountain shows are choreographed to the music of the holidays, sprinkling more winter joy to the environment of the gardens.

Inside the enchanting four-acre conservatory, there are over 16,000 seasonal plants, shining orbs and a shimmering tunnel of lights. All these things bring festivity to Longwood Gardens. Also, inside the gardens, there are outstanding performances to attend, such as organ and Christmas carol shows. There is even a holiday-themed cuisine to help set the tone for a warm holiday season.

Longwood Gardens provides many with the great opportunity of gathering together with friends and family to celebrate the holidays. Since the most important part of the holiday season is spending quality time with loved ones, taking a stroll through a magical winter wonderland is a lovely way to reinforce relationships. While doing this, friends and family can take in nature at its most astonishing stage. The holidays allow people to free their minds from stress and re-energize, as well as appreciating the people around them.

Lucky enough to live just 10 minutes from the city that hosts this beautifully decorated patch of land, this winter wonderland brings holiday spirit from Philadelphia to Cherry Hill. It helps provide a way for families to bond happily. Longwood Gardens gives communities like ours a segway into the feels of holiday cheer, complete with rosy noses and glistening trees.

“No holiday is complete with a visit to A Longwood Christmas,” said an event organizer.
