Yesterday, East’s volleyball team hosted Williamstown High School in an Olympic Conference volleyball match. The Cougars won two fairly close games (25-17, 25-22) en route to winning the match. With the win, East is now 15-0 on the season and has yet to lose a game in a match all year, as they are 32-0 in that category. Also by beating Williamstown, the Cougars clinched the Olympic Conference Championship for the tenth time in school history and the first time since 2003. The Cougar volleyball team has been having a tremendous year thus far, and are ranked as the first best team in South Jersey and sixth best team in the entire state of New Jersey.
