Boys Fall in State Swimming Final

On Sunday, Febraury 27, the Cherry Hill East Boys Swimming lost in the State Finals. The defeat came at the hands of Bridgewater-Raritan at the NJSIAA Public A Championship Meet. The final score tallied 122-48 in favor of the Panthers and left the Cougars in a state of shock and dejectedness. Despite the bitter loss, Joe Petrone (’13) did shine with a win the 500 freestyle in 4 minutes, 50.03 seconds.

The Cougars and Coach Joe Cucinotti look to make yet another State Championship perfomance behind Petrone next winter.
