Chocolate Chip Banana Bread
This delicious chocolate chip banana bread is the perfect treat. The mouth-watering dessert is perfect for an afternoon in quarantine. It is also great heated up a few days after it is made in the microwave for breakfast or a snack.
No need for a mixer for this recipe. Preheat 350 F. With a wooden spoon, mix butter into the mashed bananas in a large mixing bowl. Mix in the sugar, egg, and vanilla. Sprinkle the baking soda and salt over the mixture and mix it in. Add the flour last, mix. Pour mixture into a buttered 4×8 inch loaf pan. Bake for 1 hour. Cool on a rack. Remove from and slice to serve.
