Varsity boys’ basketball blows out Woodrow Wilson as Santo sets school points record

Even though the Cougars won big today 81-29, the big news on the night was Chris Santo (’11) breaking the school’s all-time points record in the first half and creating a new school record of 1,595 points after he finished with 31 today in the game which was moved up because of the impending bad weather.

Unfortunately, few were on hand to witness the historic event based on the game’s location, the moved up time and the weather. Although breaking records is usually reserved for the end of careers, Santo has much more time left to not only break more records, but to set a completely new standard for Cherry Hill East basketball.
