Last night, the Cherry Hill East Class of 2013 danced the night away at Junior Prom at the Collingswood Ballroom. After months of planning, the prom ended up being a great night for all in attendance.
“All the kids worked very hard. Everything came together nicely and it’s going to be a wonderful time,” said Class Advisor Mr. Tom Rosenberg.
The theme of the dance was Starry Night, portrayed by an archway at the front of the dance floor and the blue and yellow balloons adorning each table. The class viewed the prom as a culmination of a great junior year.
“It’s been a great year as a class. We’ve been doing some great things. It’s a great time with all of my friends,” said Class Vice President Josh Warren (’13).
The excitement of the students reverberated throughout the entire ballroom, and all in attendance could agree with Warren that it indeed was a great time with all of their friends.
