Character-Ed plans to help at the Ronald McDonald House

Recently, the Character-Education members have been working on an ongoing project called “Treats for Troops.” This project is collecting donations to help America’s troops currently fighting in the war.

However, today, the Character- Ed members met to discuss their plans for a possible day to help out at the Ronald McDonald House. Mrs. Drelich, Mrs. Pompinio and Mrs. Heath held the meeting and decided to go on December 3, to cook for the residents at Ronald McDonald House. They will be providing a taco bar and desserts, hoping to surprise the residents with cool and interesting food that strays from the normal sustenance given to them.

Jacob Charny (‘09) is really excited for the upcoming event at Ronald McDonald House and “really thinks that [character-ed members] are really spreading truly good character throughout the school community.”
